Our personal trainers have a minimum cert 3 and cert 4 in fitness as well a wealth of knowledge from other courses and experience in the gym. We are here to help. We can coach you on your specific goals such as fat loss, muscle growth or toning, as well as getting right into the sport specific goals for our fighters or competition driven members.
Don’t know where to start? Book your first session/consult with a coach and we can get into the details of your goals and get you there quicker than doing it alone.
