Kids
3-6 Years Old (Little Thai-tansâ„¢)
30 minutes sessions with a good coach-to-student ratio. All Thai-tans work with our coaches rather than being paired together for optimal results.
The kids will learn MuayThai strikes, blocks, footwork, and all whilst having fun! We frequently set up obstacle courses to assist with building endurance, strength, balance, and coordination.
Kids
7-12 Years Old
45-minute sessions, separated by ability and skill level. We run beginners sessions so that we can build solid foundations within our kids before moving into the intermediate/advanced groups.
In these classes, students will be required to build up physical and manual strength through repetition of combinations, pad rounds, and defensive drills before being assessed and moving up a rank.
Teens
13-17 Years Old
Our ever so popular Teens program offers a place for teens to get fit, burn excess energy or let off some steam while training with peers.
Students learn how to punch, kick, elbow, knee and clinch all while getting a great workout.
Some teens come in for health and fitness where as others may have competition in mind and want to become one of our fighters. Whatever your goals, we can help get you there.
Adults
18 Years Old +
Our beginner classes are for anyone fresh to MuayThai or for anyone who needs some assistance sharpening up their fundamentals. Once you’ve got the basics and some fitness up, it could be time to challenge yourself in our mixed level MuayThai classes before joining in with our intermediate and advanced groups.
MuayThai is a beautiful sport where you are coached to be strong, mobile, explosive and agile.
From the causal MuayThai practitioner to the avid fighter, our adult classes will get you to your goals at the best pace and with an enjoyable experience.
